Terms & Conditions

The Taupiri Sunflower Farm reserves the right to close the sunflower fields for any reason, such as Emergencies and weather damage, or COVID lockdowns. 

Visitors are not permitted to undertake any illegal activities on the farm such as using drugs or consuming excessive alcohol 

You can change your ticket booking dates, but within that season it was purchased. There will be no refunds given outside of that season.  

All Visitors must ensure there is a designated caregiver who is at least 18 years of age and will be responsible for all children under the age of 10. All children must be supervised at all times, all caregivers are to be mindful that it is a working farm property that you are entering, to watch the busy car parks and driveways at all times, and also take care to ensure your children are supervised around the animals.  

There is a First aid kit available at the entrance. We will have cream for bee stings. Please refrain from visiting if your allergy is severe to bees. 

While we take all measures to keep everyone safe the Taupiri Sunflower farm ( Redwood Waters Ltd) we will not assume or accept responsibility for claims to lost damage, personal injury, loss or damage to any personal equipment, including vehicles, cost, and expense delays or irregularities of any occasional circumstance. 

By booking and purchasing your tickets you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions at the Taupiri Sunflower farm.
